Using imaginative and playful methods, students will explore Shakespeare and his exciting characters, language and stories. Each day we will explore improvisation, character creation, ensemble building, and playing a scene. Classes will incorporate voice, movement, and acting enabling students to explore Shakespeare’s text emotionally, physically, and intellectually. Students will then create a performance piece based on their experience of the plays.
